Social Impact is at the centre of everything we do, over the past 3 years we have explored the most effective way to do this. We have now developed a process of explore 6 aspects of the behaviour.
Every young person we support takes part in these process periodically to help us ensure that we are getting the best view of their strengthens and areas for development.
